Postgres DB migrated and appears to be functional. I found out the memory limit for pict-rs was quite low so I bumped up a few numbers and I'm going to give it a few more minutes.

Both databases still updating. Seems to be going okay, though I didn't expect pict-rs to take so long. If anything I can bring the site back up after everything else is done but most photos and media will be broken until pict-rs is done.

pict-rs is STILL migrating. Hmm. I've begun the process of migrating PSQL 15 to PSQL 16 at the same time.

Updating pict-rs (the media hosting service) from 0.4.x to 0.5.x requiring it to migrate to a new database format. This may take several minutes. The site may come back up briefly to confirm it was successful.

Should take a max of 2 hours.
